ive actually spoken to his boss... aftert fim firstly behaving like a child today and ignoring me all day, then huffing when i refused to lift (sidenote: lifting is against procedure anyway... thats what hoists are for.)
i said i don't believe its safe for me, or for them and it would be irresponsible for me to move people. she's currently looking for a different service for me.
they have to twig on when 2 staff members have asked for transfers in the same day!!
