My back after epidural?!

Ever since my epidural due to c section my back feels fragile, and when I bend it sometimes it hurts like a shiver up my spine! But painful! I pick bab up today and it did it but the pain has stayed with me! Im in agony! Anyone had this? I'm a bit worried? X

I do get alot more back ache now, but to be fair I think mine is just because Oz weighs a bloody ton lol. Lifted him a couple of weeks ago and put my back out so bad I couldn't lift my arms far from my sides for over an hour withou sheer agony. Luckily OH was at home. Not sure if it's because my spine is a bit weaker now after an epidural though. But I haven't had the shiver thing you mention xx

I had to have a E because i was so tired and i had not eaten and ive had some very bad back ache they gave me exercises to do and if that didnt help then physo therpary was the next now it eased for a whille but all of a sudden its come back :'( very sore
