My baby has Rubella

What a nightmare- my wee man has german measles/rubella
He has been really poorly now for 5 days- off his food and drink and is really tired- sleeps loads through the heat of the day and is very very restless at night.
I am so worried about dehydration- any tricks to help me get some fluids into him Thanks XX
