mums with small age gaps between babies

I was just wondering as i got pregnant roughly 4 months after having Evie (making a 13 month age gap between two births) will the midwifes want to keep an extra eye on me? i dont think they would as i'd probably be classed a low risk again, but is this a factor which could make me high risk?

there's no reason why they should, unless you start to have problems. I got pregnant at exactly the same time you did, and was treated no differently.
I have to say though, we did run into trouble later on, and my OBGYN said it was because my body hadn't fully recovered from the difficult birth.

Having said that, I had the same problems with Sam and we left it three years that time, so somehow I doubt the problems were becuase the pregnancies were so close together.

I never had any extra care and my 2 had 13 months between them. In fact I had a lot less care and only seen the midwife about 5 times in the whole pregnancy.

no you won't get any special treatment. Its quite usual for women to have that age gap.

oh budge dont get me wrong i wasnt wanting any special treatment. i just thoguht they would maybe want to see you more. thanks for the replied everyone, im actually glad i wont have to go to any more appointments than normal, makes things much easier for me .
