I have been taking vitafem by Zita West. Supposed to be one of the best formulas for pre-conception. However i've had to stop taking them due to really really bad constipation (TMI)
They contain about 15mg of iron, which i seem to be super sensitive too..
But noticed that most other makes contain iron too....
Not sure what to do ! :wall: I think i could take some that have a smaller amount of iron in them.... Anyone else have this problem ?.

What do you all take ?.

I started to take Pregnacare but I have IBS and they caused me IBS pains.

Frustrating when they've got all the essential vitamins for conception :(

I take Vitamin B6 and folic acid and try to eat plenty of fresh fruit and veg etc....

You could check on Boots own and Pregnacare to see how much iron they have.

I take Sanatogen with Omega3, did with Isaac, never had any problems on them.

In respect of the IBS, I do know of 2 people who had hypnosis and it got rid of it, not promoting it, but it helped them, thought I'd mention it
