Hiya

Just wondering if anyone knows much about this? I have ordered my pram, silver cross 3d but having read a few reviews and seeing a couple of other prams i prefer I have changed my mind!

Ive only paid £50 of it so far, how do you think they will take it if i say i dont want it? Obviously i will order the new pram with them as it is a mothercare one that i want. am i able to just swap it?

thanks

Hey.

I would have thought that they would be ok if you just want to exchange the pram for another one. At the end of the day you're still going to buy it from Mothercare so I really don't see why there should be a problem. Give it a go! Good luck! x

thanks! ive changed my mind again and decided on a more expensive one that includes the car seat. all good reviews so as long as i like it when i see it thats what im going to go for!

Yes you can we ordered the my4 and paid deposit on babyplan but then i changed my mind to the oyster which is not on the baby plan so we cancelled it and paid cash for our oyster pram with no problems at all x

are only a few on the baby plan? oh god, thats got me worrying x

Yeah not all ov them are on it if there new prams they sometimes take a while it changes every month. There is a website with everything you can get on you can also order it online if you have your babyplan number hun x

ohhh thanks, just had a look and the one i want isnt included. but neither is the one i already have on my plan. So im just going to go in and request to change it to that one, act dumb and hope for the best! haha. possibly threaten to buy elsewhere if they wont let me have it. As i cant afford to pay all up front.
