Morning Nursery run with a baby

Hi all

So as the title suggests I have a 3 year old who is currently at morning nursery 8.30-11.30. I need to leave the house at 8.15 and 11.15 for pick up. Current routine is 3 year old up at 7.30 for breakfast, dressed at 8 out the doorfor 8.15.

However now my 8 week old is starting to wake up later which is now impacting on the above times and me getting shower etc . Anyone else in a similar situation and could share routine?

Sadly, I will come upon this when DS arrives, however Im planning to be up before any of them to sort myself then do their thing once im ready/they are up.
