Is it not the white bumps that you get on your nipples? If so I had them when pregnant with my 3yr old and have had them ever since.

I think those bumps are the milk ducts forming, I had them even BEFORE I found out I was pregnant lol

I've just read on another website that these little lumps only appear when you're pregnant. I also read that women who have been pregnant before often keep them. It's only first time mothers who notice them for the first time.
