Hi ladies I miscarried 2 weeks yesterday and my bleeding my has turned into spotting few days ago would actually be my ovulation yesterday as I started to bleed on the day I should of had my period....I had few pains in my ovaries and last few days it's been mixed with what looks like ewcm the hospital said I could fall pregnant 2 weeks later but I didn't think this would be ovulation due to still spotting what do you all think ?

Also has anyone had this and fallen pregnant and go on to have a successful pregnancy just worried that my uterus wouldn't be ready xx

Hi, last year I had three miscarriages I got pregnant straight way after each one and miscarried again. I since found out I do have a condition which doesn't necessarily cause the losses but I do think getting pregnant so quick probably contributed towards my subsequent losses. I do have a three year old so i know my body is capable but probably needed a rest after the 1st loss and I didn't wait and was pregnant again within weeks and same for the 3rd loss. With each miscarriage I had it got worse, the third one was terrible massive clots size of a 2pound baby then I lost conciousness and ended up in hospital. I am now at the point where i am talking about having another go. Some doctors say it's fine but the last specialist I saw said it isn't and that my body needed to repair xx

Such an early loss wouldn't usually have a massive impact on your body. Some find their next period is delayed others dont. I had a chemical pregnancy and got pregnant 2 weeks later with DD who is 3 now. I also had a MC at 10 weeks and had severe bleeding. We were adviced not to try again for two or three months but a lot of that was because I was very anemic. To be honest we didnt really wait but it took me 5 months to get pregnant again which I think was partly because my body knew it wasnt ready. That time I got a positive OPK before the bleeding had stopped. The spotting seemed like it might just be coming to an end when I got my period. The bleeding lasted about 6 weeks total. As I say I was further along that time and things didnt quite go straight forwardly. The bleeding after my early loss was just like a normal period. Do you usually have long periods? Two weeks is quite a long time to bleed after an early loss but I would not imagine its anything to worry about yet. It might be wise to wait to TTC until the spotting has stopped but I have heard of others gettig pregnant while still spotting after a MC and it has been okay. You might also just find that your cycle is slightly delayed this month.

Sorry I misunderstood your original post. :flower:When you said you started to bleed on the day you should have had your period I thought you meant you had a very early loss ie a positive test but didn't miss a period. I remember now you posting before about getting an infection.

Its probably wise to wait to make sure the infection is all better and all the tissue has passed to TTC again but then I was advised to wait and didn't . I couldn't bring myself too use bc. It took about 3 weeks for me to pass all the tissue (counting from the start of heavy bleeding) but thankfully I didn't get an infection. I got my positive OPK right after the pregnancy tests went totally negative.
