How much milk intake does/did your LO take at approx 11 months? Not sure if i should be offerring her more or not.

Hebe's not been a big milk drinker for a good few months now. I manage to get about 8/9 oz down her at bedtime but she dropped nearly all milk feeds except bedtime around 10 months.

I think the guideline is about a pint but I have to say I'd struggle to get that down her even with cereal :)

Rosie has around 5/6oz at her bedtime bottle, and has an afternoon bottle when she goes down for her afternoon nap,

but has started waking more and more in the night asking for milk, im not sure if i should be giving her or trying her with more during the day, or giving her more to eat to fill her up?

I wish there was a "how to" book to explain everything.,

Joe was having about 18-20 oz

Katie was having in excess of 28oz+ :D

So wouldnt be any harm in trying her atleast with more. Was that during the day Mamafy or were they waking in the night wanting milk?

Just during the day hun, she was a milk guzzler; still loves the stuff :D

LO is still loving her milk at 10 months. Bottle in the morning, and evening one during the day and one over night. So 24oz in total. She loves her milk.

My 2 and a half yr old nephew drinks pints and pints of the stuff still!

AJ has a morning and evening bottle so about 16oz total. Sometimes he will have some of a 8oz during the day.

Will try and encourage the drinking of milk during the day, see if it helps with the whole filled up thing at nights.

Just all wondering if im giving her too much or too little.

Thanks girls

I'd definitely avoid it at night. Might form a bad habit. As I said my 2 and a half year old nephew drinks looooads - including 2 9oz bottles through the night.....I dont think he's 'hungry' it's just a habit now.

What you could try is giving her a weetabix with milk before bed to see if that helps, wish they had a manual

katie has 8oz morning and night. have you tried offering water int he ngiht? she might just be thirsty, but enjoy the milk so much that she drinks it all iykwim?

You wanna try going on holiday with them in a bleedin' caravan.....microwave pinging at 1am and 4 am......

Ive tried water since birth, and she point blank refuses, crying, and gags on the milk. She has to have water with a tiny bit of juice in to get her to drink it....

Last night she woke, at 9:30, i just comforted her, dummy back in, and she setteled till about 11pm, then had to have milk, again at 4, and then at half 6. So not as bad as usual, but just want her to get back into her routine...

Sounds like a growth spurt, thankfully they pass

Brooke has 15 - 20oz a day atm, one in the morning, one mid afternoon and one before bed :)

I wish Hebe would drink just a bit more milk :( She has half a sippy cup full with her breakie so I guess that's something.
