Midwife appointment

Has anybody had a home midwife appointment ? Is it just like a normal check up ? X

I was spose to at 36wks but cancelled as i was up hosp. She did 38wk up surgery then xx

Not had one this time round yet but I did with my last pregnancy and it was just the same as the appointment at the surgery they sometimes just like to come to you xx
