Middle name for James

Hi, had our 20 week scan recently & found out we are having a little boy We think we might call him James, any suggestions for middle names? Surname begins with H so would avoid any middle names beginning with that letter.

I like James William but hubby thinks its too traditional Got another 20weeks to decide, unless he makes an early apperance!!

James is a great name and pretty much any middle name will go with it, traditional, modern, random, most seem to work. Not that that is very helpful in narrowing it down! Would your husband prefer a more 'funky' middle name if he thinks William is too traditional? I really like James William, it is a very classic combination that won't date/show his age ever.

We have a James Michael (Michael being my FIL and my brothers name)

Agree almost anything goes with James though, hence it being such a popular middle name.
