Mid/upper back pain

I'm 6+5 and have back ache around where my bra strap goes. It aches with or without a bra on. Anybody else have this and know what it is?

I'm 4+1 and suffering with lower back ache/pain but not that high? Could you try a sports bra seems strange aching that high up ? Sounds like you need a nice massage x
