What have been your most memorable moments in the last 10 years since the millennium?

memorable right so not just good well . ..

Grandad died 2001,
was told i could NEVER have kids after finding a lump and many probs later being found i had 10 maybe 11 cysts round my cervix 2005
Graduated school with flying gcse's and 2 nvq's 2005
Started dating danny from bham 2006
Moved to bham 56 miles away from fam
qualified as a hairdresser late 2006
dec 2006 danny proposed to me
dec 2006 exacally a week after proposal found out i was pregnant
11th sept 2007 10.02pm issabelle rose was born 8lb 15oz by emergency c section
2008 2nd jan found out i was pregnant with zander escaped through a condom!
aug 6th 2008 married in a castle to danny now mrs smith
oct 26th 2008 zander john was born 8lbs 3oz 10.10pm by vbac
aug 6th 2009 1st wedding anniversary
Few days ago found out i was pregnant x x x

Wow the last ten years so much has happened!!...................
Graduated from Uni
Met who I thought was the love of my life, bought a flat together
6 years later (last year) he left after a good few years of , cheating and gambling
Last year I threw myself into life again, got a new found confidence and tried online dating for the first time (what an experience!!) and met the man of my dreams, he proposed this year and bubs on the way!
So the new millenium started off on a high, steadily went down hill to rock bottom and back out on the highest of highs! I feel like the luckiest girl in the world!!!!
Hope everyone has a great (and fertile) new year!!!!

- Graduating from university with a 2:1 after a hard slog plus having to work alongside studying
- Meeting my husband at a friends wedding
- Husband proposing to me on a beach in Tasmania at sunset
- Being granted permanent residency visas for Australia
- Migrating to Australia
- Obtaining my forklift operator's license - oh yes..
- Getting pregnant first attempt
- Moving back to the UK at 6months pregnant
- Having Rosie!
- Life just gets better and better..now pregnant again!

my mum and stepdad breaking up on xmas day (xmas 2001)
the day i moved out of my mums house after suffering 5 years of sexual abuse (march 2001)
my first happy summer of my life... it was wonderful (summer 2001)
counsiling to come to terms with my past (september 2001 - christmas 2003)
going to mexico where i started seeing colin (april 2003)
started working for my inlaws and moving into colins parents house (august 2003)
leaving school (summer 2003)
going to romania (april 2004)
getting engaged in ireland (october 2005)
finding out i was pregnant (march 31st 2006)
buying our 1st house (september- december 2006)
rhys being born ( 19th december 2006)
going through pnd and anti d meds (february- may 2007)
getting married (june 2007)
ttc ffion (july- september 2007)
findin out i was pregnant (september 19th 2007)
ffion being born (10th june 2008)
Colins grandad died (september 11th 2008)
converting our attic and renovating our lounge/rhys and ffions bedrooms (christmas 2008 - march 2009)

im sure theres more..

*edit* omg... i forgot my real dad finding me on facebook last christmas (2008) after searching for me for 21 years.

Wow 10 years

2000 finished GCSE's and met joe
2001 grandad died
2002 got engaged passed a levels and went to uni
2003 went to live with my gran so debt wouldn't be too big and we could save for a house deposit
2004 passed driving test
2005 gratuated uni and landed job in my dream speciality
2006 bought a house together with joe
2007 started a post grad course and decided that I wanted to branch out in my speciality so changed areas slightly another dream job
2008 qualified as a gymnastics coach (voluntary) in march, got married in Barbados in April, got a suprise bfp in July, got a sisters post in oct
2009 had jack and found out my nan had terminal cancer
?? 2010 fingers crossed for a fertile year

2001 Bought the land for our house & moved
2002 Sold our house & moved
2003 Moved into current house
2005 Found out I was expecting my precious little man (also find out we've lost lil mans twin )
2005 October - lil man born at 28 weeks
2005 December lil man home 2 days and stops breathing (but he was ok), my life changed forever
2006 My mum (alcoholic) collapses after a bender and is diagnosed with double pneumonia, liver disease/failure, low potassium etc etc etc. This saved her life, she's been clean since
2006 We try for next baby
2006 We find out Joe has chronic lung disease
2006 Novemeber We are pregnant
2006 December We lose the baby
2006 Gems is diagnosed as asthmatic
2007 January We find our our lil lady is on the way (we also find out lil ladys' twin did not make it )
2007 September lil lady is born screaming at 35 weeks
2008 Find out Katie has Kidney reflux
2008 Inlaws are history
2009 Worst year in a long time , there are no words and I'd be here all year explaining it But in July I lost not only an Aunt but a friend, a lady, a rock and I miss her so much it hurts. She is the one reason I've skipped this thread as I knew I'd get to 2009
Loads of stuff happened regarding inlaws as well, alot I can't discuss at present due to legal stuff but come January 2010 its over and I'm so glad. I really hope 2010 is a better year.

In some kind of order....

• Mum and Dad getting divorced
• Finishing School
• Falling pregnant, but also losing my bean
• Moving down to Bristol on my own, with very little money to my name!
• Passing the RAF selection tests
• Getting into Uni for Engineering
• Joining a University Air Squadron, and learning how to fly (in the very basic sense!) with the RAF
• Meeting my OH
• Getting engaged to my OH 6 weeks after we met
• Moving in together
• OH getting me a gorgeous horse, and him passing away a couple of years later very suddenly
• Getting married
• My Dad being diagnosed with Stage 3 prostate cancer, then 4 years later going into remission.
• Several family member passing away from cancer within months.
• Finding out I was PG
• Having a very bad riding accident while PG and breaking my back
• Moving back home to North Scotland
• Had Niamh, who was born happy & healthy!
• Joining the TA as an Engineer, and starting the process to become an Officer.
• Winning the lottery*

* NB: may not be true....yet

So much has happened in the last 10 years! OH and I got together in 1999 but we had a wonderful new year together to start it all off... I'll just list a few or I'll be here all night

2003 OH proposed just after Christmas
2005 Nearly died on my birthday in feb, got married in July
2007 Found out I was pregnant with Sam despite having been told we'd need fertility treatment, moved into our gorgeous new house
2008 Sam was born in March
2009 Found out I was pregnant with Toby on new years day, and he was born in September
