Just wondered if anyone has any ideas on what I can make for my little man for mealtimes, as I'm rapidly running out of ideas and don't want him to get bored with the same old stuff!
He's predominately BLW, but also has a cows milk protein allergy, so anything with dairy is a no go. I was giving him plain soya yoghurt with different flavours of sauce, but got told by the doc today that it's not recommended to give boys soya products as it has oestrogen in and can affect their fertility later in life...
So, he's been having jam on toast, chicken and cucumber sandwiches, soya yoghurts, soya desserts, strawberries, fish, sweet potatoes, bolognese, parsnips, carrots, broccoli, and that's about it tbh, I need to vary it but cant think as almost everything seems to have dairy of some form!
Still breast feeding too so I can't have dairy either, no bad thing, least I have to leave the chocolate alone x
