May have another new house :)

Not gettin my hopes up too much but we've been on about movin for a year and had a new house lined up wen the landlord started messin us about and we decided we couldn't wait any longer so we'd decorate were we r and save up again after Xmas...anyway a friend of mine has been supposedly mivin for a year now (hence y I'm not gettin my hopes up) but he text me today sayin he's movin in the new year and his house will b up for rent wink wink (his exact words) I'm excited,his house is just round the corner from were I live,on a really posh street,it's a massive double fronted 4 bedroom house with garage etc etc...and he said ages ago he'd rent it out for less than wot I'm payin now cos he'd feel safer rentin it out to some1 he knew just gotta hope he doesn't move too soon after new year...easter would suit me better lol xx
