Hi everyone!
30 day squat challenge starts 1st May! I've been online seen some good results and I want to try and tone my mum tum and mum bum LOL! You can start any day of the month but I'd rather start at the beginning so by the end of the month I can see the full results. So if you miss the first couple days you can still join in!
Hoping we could all get together here and support each other through the good and bad and just times When you can't be ASS'd...
Feel free to upload pictures of your progress and show off that hot new you!
