Major Heart burn!

    Is any one else suffering from constant heart burn - i am around 26 weeks pregnant - and the heart burn is driving me mad! and it is supposed to get worse!!!
    am eating rennies like they are going out of fashion - and also have been given gaviscon by the midwife which doesnt do much and is sooo thick.

    Does any one have any remedies?

    i have to sleep on two pillows now - and every time i bend or use my stomach muscles i get reflux heart burn....
    Is sore!

    Other than antacids, I have been told to eat small meals rather than large meals and not to eat before going to bed or lying down. I also try to avoid spicy or greasy foods, except pizza which is my weakness.

    a glass of milk is supposed to help with heart burn, not sure if it does work but it's worth a try

    Antacid tablets like Tums helps me!
