Luxury Spa Hotels in the 'Countryside'

Hey ladies,

Need some recommendations for a spa hotel.

I live in Essex, don't really want to travel more than 3 hours but looking for somewhere in a village maybe, countryside all around where can go for nice long walks?

Throw any hotel at me and i can take a look at them
