Lumps and bumps?

Google is failing me ... Along my knicker line under my bump, it is incredibly tender, it feels swollen and lumpy also. It is sore to touch

Any ideas what it could be? I'm not at the midwife until Monday x

I've got this too but the lumps are red, I think it's a varicose vein as that's what it looks like, it is very tender. I bought big huge granny knickers so that I'm at least as comfortable as I can be. Bit worried about it though cos it's right where they will be cutting for the section

Mines the same place too and it worries me, I tried to take a picture but it doesn't show up its really odd ... I'm paranoid I'm going to have the worst scar on the planet x
