Lullaby SCented Candle.

I got given a Price's Lullaby Scented Candle in a tin for xmas - (camomile &lime tree).

For the last two nights i've left it sitting without the lid on (not lit), on my bedside table - and ive had the best nights sleep ive had in ages!!! Without a joke - i've gone to bed at my normal 1am, and not woken till after 8/9 - not tossing and turning, no up to pee, NOTHING!!

I dunno if this is the placebo effect cos i think it should help, or just sheer bloody luck - but thought i'd share it with everyone, cos i know there are a few of us struggling to sleep.

Might be worth as shot.

I am sooooo jealous! I only got to sleep at 5.30 this morning! Just surfacing now.

I'll have to try it, I'm getting pretty desperate now.

ouch, thats not great. I always figure anythings worth a try and looking online its less than a fiver, so not too expensive for having a go. xxx
