I can feel my bump has been dropped, I can breath easier.
Is it a sign that Labour is close?

Hiya. How far along are you? Your bump will drop as baby's head becomes engaged. My little one is fully engaged now so I am finding it easier to breathe and heartburn isn't as bad. Also got a lot of pressure down below! Ouch! X

I'm 38 now but my bump has been dropped for a week.

Have you any idea after dropping how long should I go?

My midwife has told me that just because her head is engaged it doesn't mean she will arrive anytime soon...she could decide to stay in but as it's my second I think she is preparing to come early as I had a bit of a bloody show on tuesday and have been having cramps and going to the loo a lot since then! Unfortunately you could have another 2-3 week wait...who knows!?!? :)

Great, as I'm not ready yet.
I have section booked on a week time and don't want him to come earlier

I don't have any other sign
Just I can see my bump has been dropped

Specially don't want it to happen tomorrow as my husband need to go to a day trip and he will be away.

With my 1st bump really started to drop at about 36 weeks and people kept saying I would be early. She came at 41+3 lol. I did notice my bump drop even more in the last couple of days before labour but the feeling of breathing and eating easier came weeks before :).

My second came 5 days early and didn't engage until labour.
