low blood pressure

Hi all

has anyone had low blood pressure?

I hadnt realised much but after looking in my notes over past few months its always been around 105 - 112/ 60 -70

most recently its dropped to 92/58
which is apparently quite low. on a normal scale my blood pressure seems to be around the low normal rate anywa which is the same as a child/athlete - neither I am. lol

the midwife just said be careful if you feel dizzy or faint - well ive not.
any experiences anyone?

My blood pressure was on the low side at my 32 week appointment. 100/40 something, but they did tell me that because im well and im up and about they have no concern about my blood pressure being low

Mine is generally around that too hun. I was really poorly with flu in hospital a couple of weeks ago and it dropped to 70/30 the midwife took it 5 times with different machines. She said she's never spoken to someone with such low blood pressure, they have always been unconscious. Lol
I wouldn't worry hun, like the midwife said it was make you go a bit dizzy so careful getting up too quick etc xxx

I've had this all my life, sometimes it can affect me with dizzyness / lightheaded but that's usually when im unwell otherwise it doesn't seem to affect memuch

Mine is usually low. First appointment was 90/50. Seems to b around 110/60 rest of time - which for me is high. No one seems concerned. Suppose that's cos I'm gettin on with things. Better this way than high I say.

Yeah mine has also been low, below 100/70mmhg. This is lower than normal range for an adult but as we are pregnant they prefer it to be low as I was stressing to my gp about it. The other day I was 80/64mmhg so the gp retook it the only prob with that was because I was moaning about the MW it would of raised anyway!
