low abdominal pressure

hi everyone.im 19.4 weeks pregnant with my first.and im concerned about that feeling i have sometimes very low down there.pressure!like someone kicking me in a crutch(sorry).so i have to stop and walk funny, like i have a ball beetwen my legs.is it normal? im worried that baby lies low.or he/she just dancing there? anyone have similar feeling? please

I've had this feeling on and off for quite a few weeks. It's pretty uncomfortable, isn't it?!?!
