Loves cuddling other kids

Ellis has started running upto other kids and cuddling them so hard they both topple over!

Its cute if i know the kid but at toddler groups and stuff the other kids are getting upset when they are rugby tackled to the floor haha.

Is anyone elses 18mth going through this?
