Had a realky stressful day and had lots of braxtons hicks through out the day including right now?
Anyone had more when they been stressed? ! X

Have you drunk less today, mines worse when im dehydrated, apparently a dehydrated uterus is a contracting uterus!!

My bump just keeps going really tight and uncomfortable and feel out of breath :/ ive drank my normal amount I think x
