Lost!

I was just wondering if someone could tell me what is happening in Lost.
I was completely addicted to it and then Sky went and bought it (booo).
I have seen the first 6 episodes of season 3 so can anyone get me up to date from there? It's driving me nuts.

I can tell you how to download the episodes if you like, we had ntl aswell so cant watch it on sky but its pretty easy to download (legally of course!)
