light brown spotting

Hello!
Just wondering if anyone else has had brown discharge? I've been in bed for two days resting, as last time when I miscarried I started off with brown discharge, but my doctor keeps saying its normal and not too worry, they won't do anything about it unless its red blood! Just soooo worried!xxx

Oh hun bless you, it can defo be normal and implantation bleeding or even just for no reason... So many girls on here have had it, including me (I had a week of pink and brown spotting followed by 3 days of bright red blood but all was fine on my last scan). Ceebee posted the other day about having spotting too and I know its happened to loads of the girls over the past couple of months.

It must be difficult not to worry after your mc but it can be very common and not always mean something bad. Just rest up and keep an eye on it hun and hopefully it will stop soon xxx

Hi Lexi.

As ams says, yes it is normal; but it doesn't make you stop worrying right? I too had some spotting at about 8 wks (round about the time my period would have been due). Take it easy and let your doc know if anything changes. xx
