Letting the father know when it was a ons

Hi
I have found out I am pregnant and I need to tell the father. We only saw each other twice and he decided he wasn’t ready for a relationship so we just left it there. I didn’t think much of it as it is just one of those things but four weeks later here I am pregnant. I don’t have his number anymore as I deleted it but do have his home address so was thinking I would write him a letter. Obviously I am going to get things confirmed etc. with midwife and all of that but I am preparing myself for what I would write to him.
Any advice would be appreciated. Ty xx
