Left leg feels like its asleep

Just as title says. Came on about an hour ago as I was finishing work. I just spent the previous 5 hours sitting at desk which isn't a normal shift for me. I used to get this years ago and doctor diagnosed migraines and blamed it on the pill I was on at the time. At the time took me off the pill and put me on migraine tablets. The numbness is fading now - maybe it was cos I sat at desk so long???

Could be coz of sitting too long?? Did you have legs crossed alot? Could be to do with trapping blood supply maybe, or nerve problem?? xx

Could be that as was def sitting with legs crossed a lot or even had left leg under me. Feeling more normal now.
