Leaky boobs, sore nipples not able to sleep and feel blergh

Well I can't sleep and this isn't like me, I have also had leaking boobs on and off I haven't breastfed since my son was 10 weeks and that was ages ago he's almost 10 months and I had no leaking before this week gone. I also feel sick to my stomach like
I'm going to puke. I am due Af tomorrow but I'm holding out to test tbh xxx

I have negative but no Af, I'm not out till she shows right? Still leaky boobs too it's annoying me now tbh xxx
