just joined slimming world but im confused.

    im going to do mainly green days but im confused what cn i eat and whats free?

    ohh help me xxx

    Got your book?

    Go to green days and you'll find a great big list of free foods

    including
    pasta
    rice
    potatoes (no fat, milk or butter with them though)
    veg
    fruit
    salad
    and things like v low fat yogurt, quark cheese etc

    for branded free foods (e.g. Batchelors pasta'n'sauce) you'll need to either buy a book or check online (you'll need the password from group)

    then look for the healthy extras bit for green days

    choose 1 or 2 a choices and 2 b choices

    everything else is sinned

    same for red (original) - just look at the pages for original and do the same
