Ive been on a low cal diet now for a while and only lost a few pounds - im guessing because im overweight and eat at stupid times im not helping myself so im going to do a rota and start changing my life for the better and im going to print this off and stick it on my kitchen cupboard and prepare small meals now.

I love chicken and fish and roast veg - and id happily eat that all day long so why not?

Ive got to do something!
 
i think i will try and stick to a few of those rules, it sounds so easy doesnt it but i think i am just lazy. :?
