just feel sad, don't know why

i just feel so sad at the moment, don't know why really. Don't know what the matter is, everything is ok and it's even snowing and i love snow. One of those days i suppose, anyone else ever feel like this?

Everyone has good and bad days I must admit I get more grumpy snappy and sad in the nights when LO wakes me.

I get that alot and I suffer from hormonal depression.. I'm backwards, happy when pg and on af but sad the rest of the time lol!
Have some chocolate and get under a warm blanket and watch some tv.. Always helps me choc has natural 'happy hormones'

I'm similar actually lol I think I'm least grumpy when I'm on my period haha
