job center made me cry :( today

well today was not a good start....

my claim got stopped on the 25th of Jan and since then they has been no money.. lucky my hubby has just stated his job not to long ago so i had money...

i made a new claim on the 5th of Feb, which will take 14 days
i've been waiting to hear from them but nothing. so i carried on borrowing money off my hubby... but last night the cash point took his card,and he can't go to the bank to sort it because he leaves for work at 6.00 but then it worked straight after

anyway i got a crisis loan out... because we have no money income coming in and i need to pay rent etc:
so i gave my form in today, and the woman was so rude and was not pleasant stared saying you won't get seen..there's no point and would not let me speak a tall, just being plain rude
so i left because i would of stating going made, and that's not good in condition

so i went backed asked to see some one else and she was NOT NICE.... (ahhh these people work at the job center to help you) anyway she snatched my form out of my hand and said these people don't listen out loud to everyone

i still keep my cool about the whole situation not letting it get the best of me... so i tried to explain to hear and she was like don't argue you with her?????? argue which i was not doing

after her being nasty she put me in a room and just stormed out.. i started to cry allot i just let it all out
i was by myself for a long time trying clam myself down... anyway a man came and asked if i was okay.. i said no.. and a woman took me and just look at my claim and said they was no error and your money is still coming in


so after all that i was like what happen after getting really worried about no money coming in and me and my family will survive and I'll get kicked out for not paying rent everything was fine

what a horrible day my hormones where every where.

Oh hun. Some people are just bitches. When someone is like that to me I just assume that they have a horrible miserable life, lets face it no happy person would treat another person like that.

Just chill out, have a nice warm bath, watch some telly, get a big bag of sweets or crisps and just have a lazy evening and tomorrow will be another day.

thanks ladies.... but both women where nasty if you where with me you would of gone nuts ...

I had a similiar thing, when I first moved to wales I was unemployed (wasnt as easy to find work as I thought it was going to be!) so had to sign on JSA, I moved a couple of times as I was finding my feet and the amount of hassle I got was unbelievable! On one occasion I had an appointment for a job seekers interview, and I was 10 minutes late - so the buggers refused to acknowledge I had turned up and my reasons for being late and marked me as a non attender or whatever, mucked up my claim, and when I went in to speak to someone about it they were so so nasty and patronising, treating me like scum, I ended up raising my voice ever so slightly, got kicked off the premesis and then had a warning letter about threatening behaviour!!!!!!!!

Luckily I found work a couple of weeks later so didnt have to go back.

Just wanted to let you know neeko, your not the only one who has had this treatment. Some of them are really nice but you will always get some who think that everyone on benefits is lazy scum, when that couldnt be further from the truth!

I know its hard but please dont take it personally, they are just narrow minded idiots

well i'm Glad everything is sorted and i won't be going back phew well until next month
