I've given Harry my cold :-(

Feel awful. I've has a cold since Saturday and it looks like Harry has it now

His nose sounds quite blocked as he keeps waking himself up struggling

Feel awful but I guess there's nothing I can do tonight. I'm away at my mums

Sounds like he needs to blow his nose

Just wondering if he'd be better sleeping In with me (I'm on my own)

Is there any thing he can have from chemist tomorrow?

He's two months today xxx

take him in the bathroom with you and run the shower, the steam will help.

Feel fed up that's I've given it to him. I know it was inevitable since I've been full of a cold but it's horrible seeing him struggle.

He did a load if gagging before. Obv all the mucus was stuck in his throat

also you can put him over your knee facing down and do lots of pats on his back like your winding him, be a lil firm and it will help him dislodge the mucous. thats one of the things they do for kids with cystic fibrosis to help them clear out the flem
