Its too hot. I got blocked nose ( even ultravine which I know we shouldnt really use isnt working but im desp ; ( feel like I cant breath) and sinuses are stuffy and im grumpy and cant get comfy sorry rant over xx

I am hating this weather. My hay fever is playing up and I can't take anything. I just want the usual cloudy rainy British weather back now.

Fill baby bath a paddle pool a bucket anything in cold water most submerge feet ok it won't help sinuses but my god it cools u n makes u feel more human. Also try halls menthol eucalyptus sweets they helped when I had bad sinus probs early on in preg also mention to gp or mw there might be something that can be proscribed I know u can get pregnancy related rhinitis tho not sure what they can give u big hugs x x

Oh bless, I really feel for you. I had such a bad sinus infection a few months back that I went to A&E as I couldnt move my head for nearly 4 days because of the worst headache ever...they were concerned it was pre eclampsia but turned out it was my sinuses playing up.

Try inhaling the steam from boiling water hun...this may help.
