Its snowing in Saltcoats

It never snows here or certainly, it never lies but there it is. On the ground and kids are mega excited. I will try and get pics later when they come home from nursery but I am soooooooooo excited.

The snow acutally came back on for a wee while, while we were having breakfast but went back off

I nearly crashed into the back of another car. My brakes just would not work. The only thing that stopped me was the pavement..

It's snowing in Kilmaurs too! Has been on and off all day.

Thats the thing, it wasnt the brakes, they worked but because the road had been untreated it was like an ice rink and the car kept going. This poor guy slipped and banged his head off the pavement and the police who had been passing came round and helped him but they had to swerve onto the grass as they couldnt stop either.

Needless to say I think they phoned someone to get it sorted because by the time Nursery was finished the road had been sorted.

I got a hell of a fright though.
