Is this normal?

For the past couple of nights i have had what feels like period pain on and off, last night it was a constant pain and is still here. Baby has not moved today which is very unusual for her.
i am seeing my midwife today at 3:50 i just cant stop worrying, it doesnt help that i am totally clueless about all things baby and pregnancy related! i dont know if i should be worrying or not!
