I feel like complete crap, my back hurts so bad, I had enough discharge or fluid leak out to go thro my underwear and pants to the outside of my pants and shooting pains in my lower back and I feel so neasous and my entire body hurts

Hi there! I'm sorry you're feeling so yucky!
I read that the bag of waters breaking is more realistically fluid running down your leg (instead of the dramatic gush in the movies).
My health care system says to call the triage nurses at the hospital once contractions are 3-5 minutes apart, last a minute, and have continued for an hour. OR if the water breaks.

If you have someone to call (even an advice nurse), that would be my suggestion. Better safe than sorry! With the fluid, they might suggest you come in so they can check and be sure.
