I think that I might be having braxton hicks contractions! I've never had them before so I could be completely wrong! What happens is my bump gets really hard and feels tight but it's not painful just really weird feeling! They last for varying amounts of time and I'm not getting them every day just now and again. They come and go for about half an hour to an hour then disappear! Is it braxton hicks?

Sounds like it! I get them now and again and it does feel like tightening for a few seconds.. Sometimes uncomfortable sometimes not.

They don't hurt at all they're just weird feeling and slightly uncomfortable x OH was watching my tummy the other evening when I had one and he could see my tummy tighten then relax x
