Soooo.....looking for opinions. I am probably just crazy, but I have attached a pic of my “chart.” I don’t bbt, so I know it can’t be that accurate. I always think I ovulate a few days before predicted, but this month I had funny cramps on the 4th, right after my period. At the same time, I had fertile cm the week predicted. I had spotting on 12th, which I thought was ovulation.....Very unusual for me, only happened once before. I also went for a strenuous hike that day, and thought maybe that had something to do with it????? But now today, the 15th the very tips of my nipples are sore. I keep brushing past them, and really feel it. It was first one side for several hours, and now both. I know you can have breast pain during ovulation, but I should definitely be past that. Any thoughts?
