Is it ok to use Tiger Balm during pregnancy?

    My back really hurts and normally I would rub on a wee bit of Tiger Balm, but would this be safe now that I am 4 weeks pregnant?
    Any advice or info much appreciated :)

    really us pregnant girlies arent allowed to use anything other than paracetamol. not even cough medicine.. it will probably not harm the bub but it will absorb into your body and there are not tests to determine wether it affects bub or not. id say hot water bottle, paracetamol and a bubble bath xxx

    I beleive tiger balm isn;t ok to use in pregnancy ..never used it myself but remeber reading it somewhere

    As Mrs W says best to stick to hot water bottle / bath to try and ease off pain xx

    As long as you don't use it like amyrose didi... Ithink you'll be fine :)

    thank you ladies, think I will buy myself a new hot water bottle as a wee treat :)
