To be honest, my internet is on it's way out because our useless server needs replacing yet Virgin keep signing people up to a service which isn't currently working - for some people in the area. It's really irritating and I'm currently waging a war against them as we signed up for a package and yet we're stuck with the rest of the package even though the broadband service is so poor it breaches contract. I will win this one way or another!

Sounds like you've all ogot a bunch of useless companies providing your broadband! We ended up with BT after the same problems and they're pretty good, I have to say.

And now you mention it ToffeePop, there is an odd odour when you're around

We may have to go back to BT - problem is we're tied into a contract with frigging Virgin now until end May for our phone line, and I'm not quite prepared to pay 2 suppliers when Virgin have breached their contract initially. Eejits.

It'd be fine if they would replace the server - as promised - back in November but they keep signing up new customers and cannot keep up with demand. They are a bunch of ....

They certainly are! We had to ride it out too. It'sso frustrating. I was sooooo pleased when our contract finally ran out! Then they had the balls to call us and ask if we would stay with them for a discount!! Ha ha! They'd have to pay us a LOT of money to stay with them!
