Is it fine to use vaginal suppositories to treat candida for 6 days course in first trimester.

Hey,

I am facing the problem of too much candida infection lately and my Gyno prescribed me cream and suppository for 6 days to treat it completely. Do you think it’s safe in first trimester as I am in my 7 th week only.
Would it harm my baby?

If it has been prescribed by your clinician then it will be safe to use. Assuming they are aware you are pregnant of course. You can always ask for reassurance when you collect your medication from the pharmacy. After all a pharmacist is expert in medications and how they interact with your body.
