i often wonder if dexters eating enough. hes 6 and a half months. has been weaning since just before 4 months (HV told me it was best for him)

an example of his eating is:

breakfast: half a weetabix. or the equivilent of baby porridge

lunch: some scrambled egg, usually only finishes half of what he gets (and gets 1 egg). some toast. usually just gums it then it done so doesnt actually swallow.

snack: 3 organix sweetcorn rings or carrot fingers. usually drops one.

dinner: usually an ellas 2nd stage pouch. sometimes finishes it all. but will quite often only have half. last night he had macaroni cheese made from scratch and only ate about 3 bits of penne pasta.

dessert: couple orange segments. or quarter banana.

do you think thats enough?
he seems to always leave stuff or just gum stuff for abit then get fed up.

Food before 1 is just for fun.

If he seems content in himself I wouldn't worry. Just make sure he has plenty of milk as well - that's where most of his nutrition at this age should come from anyways. Xxx

On my iPhone - so cant see tickers :(
