Bit late because I've already made the dough and sliced my mozzarella but is this classed as soft cheese?

As long as it's pasteurised then enjoy :)

You can get some pasteurised bries nowadays I think, have a look on the packets.

I have been eating feta every day. It's fine as long as it is pasteurized. Blue cheeses should be avoided regardless if they are pasteurized or not.

Mozzarela isn't a soft cheese, so safe during pregnancy x

I realised goat's cheese is ok as long as you cook it. Don't just warm it through, though.
I made a goat's cheese & red onion tart and it was lush. And safe too.

Sweet. If I manage to eat anything other than a cracker or Calippo I'll give that a go. Thank you! X
