hey, you no i dont really think that its "considered" a symptom, but it does play a role in "pregnancy" after the 5th month, and thus from expirence...
i do no that my whole back hurted..also do to slightly overweight afer getting pregnant.. but there is a back brace provided or you can ask for once you find out your pregnant, and it works tremondusly, it has a fron brace to hold your belly up so your back wont be layed down, and one for your back, its quite comfortable..
