Iron?

anyone been given iron sulphate tablets? Been feeling knackered for ages, blood pressure was high last night so got checked as was concerned about preeclampsia. Bp was ok, have protein in urine and they said iron was 10 when last time was 11.6 so gave me tablets.
Are these going to give me the miracle energy I seem to be constantly missing?

I think it’ll give you a big boost, in normal circumstances they would anyway. I know they check during the booking in bloods too so I presume it’s quite common.
