Iron levels

Does anyone know what your iron level should b? Docs receptionist have said im 107 but couldn't tell me about it as its a new grading system and she didn't have a clue but its low. Anyone know? ? Ive been put on iron tablets twice daily xx

Normal range for non-pregnant women is 11.5-16.5 g/dL or 115-165 g/L. They seem to have changed it recently - goodness knows why, I don't understand what's wrong with using g/dL! Low levels during pregnancy are those <11.0 g/dL or 110 g/L, so at 107 yours are slightly low.
